Marketing Executive, TR APAC

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join COTY's regional Travel Retail Asia Pacific team. As a Marketing Executive in the team, you will support your brand cluster by working closely with the Travel Retail WW Global and Global Marketing teams, and more importantly, the cross functional teams (such as commercial, merchandising and demand planning) within the Travel Retail Asia Pacific business unit.

The Marketing Executive is responsible for the support and execution of brands strategies and plans in the APAC Travel Retail team, to achieve the strategic and financial goals of the brands.

Your main focus:

• Work as part of marketing team to serve as a liaison and coordinate marketing initiatives between sales and marketing.


• Support execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and product launches


• Act as a key coordinator between Global Marketing and TR APAC to ensure smooth rollout of initiatives


• Partner with commercial teams to drive strong in-store visibility and retail execution


• Coordinate with VM team on VM materials (lightboxes, showcards, planograms) for launch deployment


• Support planning and execution of GWP and sampling mechanics aligned with brand and commercial objectives


• Partner with digital to drive digital and e-commerce activations, for new launches


• Support marketing operations, including PO creation and tracking, coordination with Global Marketing on trade media, and upkeep of brand assortment and product catalogues


• Support preparation of marketing calendars, sales decks, and internal presentations


• Support forecast planning and tracking, coordinating with cross-functional teams


• Support sales analysis and reporting, consolidating data and highlighting key trends


• Coordinate and execute ad-hoc events and activations, including product launches and internal deployments

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience


• Language: Fluent English, additional language is a plus.


• Work Experience: At least 1-2 years of working experience in similar marketing role.


• Fragrance & Cosmetics industry knowledge will be a plus.


• Good knowledge of Travel Retail preferred


• Execution Excellence: Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time
