MARKETING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events).
• Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
• Budgeting & ROI: Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources, and report on campaign ROI.
• Team Leadership: Guide marketing team members and manage agency relationships.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Content & Communications: Oversee creation of promotional content (web, print, social). 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Usually 3–5 years in marketing roles, with proven campaign management experience.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, ROI, and KPIs.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, CRM software, and social media analytics.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
