Job Description
Curaprox is a household name in the dental industry. We strive to educate, inform, and create long term relationships with our clients and stakeholders. To enrich the Asia Pac team, we are looking for an adventurer, a passionate, out of the box thinking skilled marketing personality with relevant experience, a winning nature and willingness to go the extra mile. As Marketing Manager in Asia Pacific, your role will significantly contribute to our ambitious, long term growth plans. 

Located in Singapore, you will pro-actively develop awareness for prevention and Curaprox in alignment w/ the headquarter and the 18 distribution partners, in the relevant channels. 
 

Key responsibilities
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire Asia Pac organization in alignment w/ headquarters and distribution partners in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
 


Duties and responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning         

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company's goals and target audience. 
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights for informed decision-making. 
  3. Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media. 
  4. Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including content creation, design, distribution, and performance tracking. 
  5. Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and other materials to engage the target audience. 
  6. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. 
  7. Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and channels. 

     

Event Management

  1. Plan and manage participation in events, trade shows, webinars, and other relevant activities to boost brand visibility and generate leads. 
  2. Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. 
  3. Efficiently allocate resources within marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of various campaigns and initiatives.

 

Analytics and Reporting

  1. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness for management review.



Team collaboration

  1. Lead and motivate marketing team, fostering a collaborative work environment. 
  2. Work closely with sales, product management, design, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

 

Job requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 
  2. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role. 
  3. Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing. 
  5. Experience in event planning and coordination is advantageous.
  6. Knowledge of industry trends and marketing best practices
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  8. Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and content creation. 
  9. Data-driven mindset, skilled in analyzing and interpreting marketing performance metrics. 
  10. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  11. Strong interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating across teams.
