Marketing Manager (e-commerce/retail)

Being in a start up jewelry business, you will be responsible to design, create, and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to achieve the brand's goals, aiming to maximize company revenue while maintaining and enhancing brand value.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

• Formulate and drive marketing and communication strategies to ensure the brand's objectives are met, focusing on revenue growth and brand enhancement.

Marketing Collateral:

• Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing and advertising materials, including websites, newsletters, social media content, exhibitions, and press releases.

Partnership Management:

• Collaborate with advertising agencies and internal/external partners to manage above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing efforts.

Brand Integrity:

• Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand positioning and guidelines.

Event Management:

• Lead and manage exhibitions and public relations activities to promote the brand effectively.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify current and future product demands.

Digital Marketing:

• Oversee online communication programs and manage website content to ensure effective digital presence.

Financial Oversight:

• Monitor marketing expenditures and analyze return on investment (ROI) to ensure budget efficiency.

Sales Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and collaboratively achieve sales targets.

The requirements are:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree preferably in Business / Marketing / Mass Communication or related discipline
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven flair for strong creative design and copywriting skills 
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet given deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and team-work spirit with the ability to work with colleagues across different functions and levels
• Driven, organized, meticulous and resourceful 
• Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
