Marketing Manager (F&B Up-to $7k) - Hiring Fast

Our Client is a fast-casual restaurant chain in Hong Kong with operations in Singapore. Their brand has over 12 years of history and the first restaurant under the brand was opened in 2008 in Hong Kong. In 2020, they opened their first restaurant under their brand in Singapore.


 

• Develop and implement marketing strategy to position the brand in Singapore market to drive both short- and long-term profitable sales growths.
• Develop and deliver annual marketing plan with the perfect blend of all key marketing mix elements within the assigned budget to achieve intended marketing objectives.
• Plan and implement strategic and tactical marketing campaigns for brand-building and achieve business and sales targets.
• Work cross functionally with different departments to plan and deliver different marketing initiatives.
• Champion for menu & combo architecture and LTO development
• Lead marketing communication across all platforms including traditional ATL & BTL, social and digital media, P.R, KOL engagement. Manage different marcom agencies if needed.
• Manager CRM and provide trend analysis for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention.
• Actively engage with external partners and malls to increase brand exposure and drive restaurant traffic.
• Familiar with different delivery platforms and able to engage them to drive delivery sales.
• Data driven to track growth and maintain analytics reports.
• Handle customer feedbacks and complaints.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as requested by Sr. Bus & Ops Mgr/GM

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent qualification; Marketing or higher degree preferred
• Possess 5 years of related working experience in F&B industry.
• Good command of English and Chinese (spoken & written)
• Proactive, able to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Can-do attitude, multi-tasking to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Able to take directions and work independently
