Marketing & Operation Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Our client, a leading eyewear company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, is expanding its franchise system to Singapore. We are seeking a Marketing & Operation Assistant manager (Japanese Speaking) to support our franchisees. This role involves strategic sales planning to maximize sales through effective marketing strategies, operational support, stock management, and more.

<Responsibility>

- Provide strategic sales planning support to franchisees to maximize their sales.

- Offer hands-on assistance, focusing on both marketing and operational aspects.

- Coordinate with the headquarters in Japan to procure necessary items.

- Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with franchisees.

<Requirements>

(Must)

- Strong interest in the fashion and lifestyle industry.

- Trend-sensitive and always keeping an eye out for the current FMCG trend in Singapore.

- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) with excellent listening, writing, and speaking skills for effective communication with Japanese stakeholders.

- Always eager to learn new things and will-do mindset

(Preferable)

- 2-3 years of marketing experience.

- 2-3 years of working experience with/at a Japanese company
