Marketing PMO

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing PMO to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will drive strategic planning, operational excellence, project governance, and cross-functional execution across regional and global marketing initiatives. You will partner closely with marketing leadership to ensure priorities are aligned, programs are delivered effectively, and teams operate with greater visibility and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing leadership to drive strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution tracking across key marketing initiatives
• Lead end-to-end project management of complex, cross-functional programs involving regional teams, product, operations, and business stakeholders
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting frameworks, operating cadences, and workflows to improve execution and accountability
• Develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, and performance reports to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, proactively driving issue resolution and delivery excellence
• Identify and implement process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practices across the marketing organization

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in PMO, project management, strategic operations, consulting, marketing operations, or related functions within fast-paced global organizations
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and driving execution across cross-functional and international teams
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills, with strong professional proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with and support stakeholders, teams, and business partners across English- and Chinese-speaking markets
• Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms, such as Lark, Jira, Asana, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
