Marketing Senior Manager, Regional Fund Management

A prominent firm within the asset management industry is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across institutional, intermediary, and end-investor channels within Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian region.
The successful candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, adept at combining classic and digital marketing strategies to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign & Promotions Leadership 

• Strategise, develop, and implement creative marketing campaigns and programmes tailored for institutional, intermediary, and ETF business channels.
• Act as a key partner to the sales teams, delivering integrated marketing solutions including promotions, product launches, events, and the creation of compelling digital assets and collateral.
• Engage actively with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales strategy and business needs.
• Support marketing activities across Southeast Asia, collaborating with strategic partners, including joint venture partners and distributors.

Event Management 

• Manage both proprietary and external sponsored events, focusing on branding, product launches, and investment strategies.
• For in-house events, responsibilities span conceptualisation of themes, venue logistics, branding, and coordination with investment teams.
• Evaluate and recommend key external event opportunities, building relationships with platforms to secure speaking slots and negotiating terms.

Content Marketing Strategy 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for sales channels.
• Responsibilities include content creation, sourcing, managing the content calendar, and measuring campaign outcomes.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the asset management industry.
• Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and large-scale events.
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business & Finance, or a related field.
• Strong project management and vendor management skills.

Key Competencies:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong command of written and spoken English is essential. The ability to read Chinese is a critical requirement to effectively serve clients and partners in the China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan markets.
• Creativity and Innovation: A resourceful and innovative approach to messaging, advertising campaigns, and problem-solving.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent people skills with the ability to coordinate, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams, cross-cultural functions, and external vendors.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft applications, with a working knowledge of design software as required.
• Agency Management: Experienced in managing advertising agencies and a good understanding of production processes.
