Marketing Solutions Growth Consultant, Regional Brand & Growth Marketing

We are seeking a forward-thinking and self-motivated individual to join the Regional Brand & Growth Team dedicated to assisting functional team leaders in defining near and long-term Shopee Marketing Solutions growth.

Job Descriptions:
As a Marketing Solutions Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities that contributes to driving the adoption and investment growth across the various products under Shopee Marketing Solutions.

- Apply functional knowledge in digital marketing and monetisation to identify short-term growth challenges and opportunities through data analysis and critical thinking
- Identify long-term growth strategies and commercialisation potential for Shopee Marketing Solutions
- Communicate findings and insights to a diverse range of stakeholders in a structured way and seek their alignment and support
- Collaborate closely with internal and external, regional and local stakeholders to drive pilot and implementation of marketing solutions related to growth initiatives
- Analyse and drive ongoing key performance tracking and reporting
- Maintain a broader view of growth-related topics, staying updated with the competitive landscape and industry trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree and above in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- At least 3 years of working experience in strategy consulting or strategy-related functions in internet companies
- Experiences in driving project implementation at regional level is preferred

- Proven proficiency in data-driven analysis and presentations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and partners from diverse markets and backgrounds
- Strong project management skills to keep track of progress and drive towards the desired outcome
- Resourceful and flexible to adapt to fast-changing business landscape and new challenges
