Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Hotline
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (3 rotating shifts - e.g., 8am – 5pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm / 11am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am).
Location: West Area
Job Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to callers by attentively addressing their needs.
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and relevant information to resolve caller inquiries effectively.
3. Manage appointment bookings and rescheduling as per caller preferences.
4. Handle various administrative tasks such as email correspondence, referral requests, and emergency activations.
5. Collaborate with different departments within the institution to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution of requests.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in any field.
2. Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, contact center environment, or a service-related sector.
3. Proficient in both English and Mother Tongue language for effective communication.
4. Strong reading and writing skills in English.
