We are looking to hire a Management Trainee to support the store operations.
 

Responsibilities:

Customer-focused

• Identify customers’ needs, providing them a better shopping experience
• Follows up on the customers’ shopping experience and ensures sale is closed perfectly
• Knows how to manage alterations in order to offer better customer service
• Ensure that the entire team is trained on the standards established

Sales management of products in-store

• Analyse sales reports with the area manager, making necessary decisions and follow-ups
• Knows about the products and collections and ensures team is trained

Receiving and replenishing products

• Carries out any other merchandise management processes (ie. packing overstock, changes in the organization of the stockroom)

Optimizing the merchandise management processes within store

• Optimizes the product management processes in the department such as the distribution of overstock in the fitting room and  movement of products within store

Maintaining the corporate image

• Wears the full uniform smartly respecting the Massimo Dutti Lifestyle Guide and making sure the team does the same

Maintaining the store’s image

• Ensures that the store is in good shape, respecting the standards of the company’s image
• Incorporates new items in the store, following the visual merchandising criteria
• Ensures the image of the window displays complies with the brand’s image standards and products are available

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or Diploma holder
• Management of sales reports
• Knowledge about the retail sector
• Passion for fashion 

Work Schedule

• 44 hours/week
• Able to commit Weekends and Public Holidays (shift work, retail hours)
• Operations starts as early as 8am and ends as late as or at 11pm
