We are looking for a resilient Material Coordinator - Woodlands - Semicon to join our fast-paced team at PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd) in Woodlands, North Region.

Duration: 2 year contract (Renewable/ extendable)
Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift (Inclusive of 2-hour breaks); 9am to 9:15pm (Day)/ 9pm to 9:15am
Location: Woodlands

Our client is a leading full-service semiconductor foundry providing a unique combination of design, development, and fabrication services to some of the world’s most inspired technology companies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining smooth operation of cross transfer teams
Material management, ensuring efficient flow of goods and accurate inventory control
Accompanying truck driver during transportation between FABs
Safely load, unload various transport items (FOUP Transfer Cart) and other trolleys
Handle FOUP transfer carts with precision to prevent damage to Goods and truck
Work closely with logistics manufacturing engineer/ operator and truck drivers and ensure smooth transfer of FOUP carts/ trolleys
Adhere to Safety & Handling Protocols, including proper lifting techniques, equipment usage and hazardous material handling
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly
Compliance to company’s 6S protocols

Requirements:

“O” Levels and above
Experience in a similar capacity
Ability to handle push-cart/ trolley
Attention to details and accuracy
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
