## The group you\u2019ll be a part of\n\n \n\nThe Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.\n\n \n\n## The impact you\u2019ll make\n\nResponsible for planning and monitoring the materials and products used by the Account team. Ensure that the region doesn\u0027t run out of the materials/parts needed to support our customers. Portfolio includes managing the flow of inventory and make sure products are properly shipped to customers. Partnering with the Account team, you set up a business process for determining proper stocking and replenishment level and representing the region to the corporate to get the required stock.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Partner the Account team to understand the business requirements (demand forecast drivers) to determine proper stocking and replenishment level. Represent the region to the corporate team to get the required resources\n * Work with external customers, internal account team and field service personnel to determine replenishment systems/processes, issue and receipt procedures, required inventory control policies and procedures, management information system to support material availability control and distribution to the Field\n * Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material and reduce aging material\n * From historical usage develop and maintain plan for every part. Use the plan for every part data to update and maintain SAP for forecasting purposes.\n * Develop and enforce business processes and work flows to enable efficient and effective operations\n * Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.\n * 1-3 years relevant experience\n * Possesses strong inter-personal and communications skills\n * Experience in dealing with difficult work partners\n * Commands good oral and written English\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n * Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage\n\n\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
