The Private Banker Team Lead drives market strategy, leads hiring and talent development, and manages team KPIs and sales performance. The roleholder provides senior oversight of client activity and banker development while maintaining strong governance and risk discipline. The Team Lead also cultivates a high‑performing, client‑centric team culture, ensuring the team executes a focused and commercially aligned business plan.
This role is regulated by MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore). The candidate must be CACS 1 & 2 certified.
