M&E Project Manager: An M&E Project Manager oversees and makes decisions related to the engineering aspects of construction projects such as planning, scheduling, and controlling activities

M&E Assistant Engineer: The M&E Assistant Engineer supports the M&E Engineer in their duties, which can range from design and development to testing

Building Operation Executive (M&E / ACMV / Fit Out): This job involves supervising and coordinating operations for building fit-outs, including the management of M&E aspects

M&E Site Coordinator: To coordinate all mechanical and electrical work with the contractor’s engineers, supervisors, and workers at the construction site

M&E Site Engineer / Manager: This role involves managing site operations including overseeing M&E works, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors and consultants

M&E Engineer: This role involves designing, developing, testing, and overseeing mechanical and electrical components, equipment, and machinery

M&E Supervisor: An M&E Supervisor oversees the daily operations of mechanical and electrical works at the construction site

M&E Technician: Responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems

M&E Quantity Surveyor: Involves budgeting, cost management, and contract administration for M&E components of projects

M&E Draughtsman/Designer: Creating detailed designs and drawings for M&E systems using computer-aided design software

M&E Coordinator: Coordinates all mechanical and electrical work with the contractor’s engineers, supervisors, and workers on site. They may also be involved in the planning and execution of M&E works

Building Operation Executive (M&E / Fit Out): This position involves overseeing and coordinating operations for building fit-outs, which includes handling M&E aspects

MEP Site Engineer / Manager: Managing site operations, including overseeing M&E works, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors and consultants

BIM Modeller (M&E): Creating and developing 3D modeling using BIM tools, specifically focusing on mechanical and electrical aspects. They will work closely with various teams to integrate all project information into a cohesive model

BIM Coordinator (M&E): Coordinates the collaboration of different disciplines within a BIM project, such as architects, structural engineers, and M&E engineers. To manage and maintain the model’s integrity as changes are made.

BIM Manager (M&E): The BIM Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the production of BIM models, including mechanical and electrical components. This role may also involve developing BIM strategies, implementing BIM technologies, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards
