M&E Engineer (Construction/Engineering) - Up to $6,500 Bonus

• Position            : M&E Engineer (Construction/Engineering) - Up to $6,500 + Bonus
• Location            : To Be Advised (Office located at Changi) 
• Working hours       : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm 
• Salary (commensurate with experience)          : Up to $6,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits 
• Duration            : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff
• to meet the project timelines
• Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors; Carry out testing and commission of M&E work
• Coordinate with all BIM modellers, coordinators and Project Engineers/Project Managers of
• various M&E contractors,
• To manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build; Supervise day-to-day site works
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials,
• samples, and work progress
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM
• team.
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Main Contractor involving M&E works
• Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin.
