- Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule.
- Work closely with the clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters.
- Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning for:
Mechanical - ACMV, plumbing, water pipe, fire hydrant pipe and fire protection systems.
Electrical - LV/HV, transform switch bond, single line diagram and CCTV installation.
- Compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
- Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore;
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering related projects in Singapore for building and construction industry;
- Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences;
- Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
