Job Responsibilities:
- To check all drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works
- Co-ordinate all M&E sub-contractors’ work
- Ensure the provision of all openings for M&E works
- Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements
- Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done
- Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
- Take reasonable practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
- Active participation in conducting risk assessment
- Briefing/re-briefing of RA to workers
- To inform the PM/WSHO to stop work at any time for any unsafe work
- Review and revised RA
- Implement necessary control measure to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence
- Take instruction from Management representatives
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service
- Min 3 years of M&E project coordination / HDB local experience
