Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate mechanical systems and equipment for operational efficiency.
  
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
  
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
  
• Maintain technical records, reports, and maintenance documentation.
  
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to mechanical processes.
  

Required Skills

1. Mechanical Systems Knowledge – Understanding of mechanical equipment and components.
   
2. Troubleshooting Skills – Ability to identify and resolve equipment issues.
   
3. Maintenance Practices – Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
   
4. Technical Documentation – Ability to prepare reports and records.
   
5. Engineering Fundamentals – Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
   

Preferred Skills

• CAD software exposure.
  
• Industrial safety awareness.
  
• Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant mechanical engineering experience or a Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma. Typical experience range for this role is 0–5 years in manufacturing, maintenance, production, or engineering environments. Freshers with strong mechanical fundamentals may also be considered.

• Minimum: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
