Responsibilities
- Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of ACMV work to meet the project schedule.
- Assist Project Manager to oversee progress of work, budget, schedule, scope of work, deployment, project timeline, reports, and documentation.
- To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
- Review and manage all design documentation related to ACMV, HVAC, and control systems, plans, specifications, and other construction project-related documents.
- Conduct site visits, tests, and inspections and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant project experience in construction projects
- Candidate with more than 10 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior position
