Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
  
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  
• Inspect mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Lead and guide technicians during maintenance projects.
  
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.
  
• Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
  
• Coordinate with operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.
  

Required Skills

1. Mechanical Maintenance – Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance.
   
2. Equipment Troubleshooting – Ability to diagnose mechanical failures.
   
3. Team Supervision – Experience leading maintenance personnel.
   
4. Safety Compliance – Understanding of industrial safety practices.
   
5. Preventive Maintenance – Planning and execution of maintenance programs.
   

Preferred Skills

• SAP/CMMS maintenance systems knowledge.
  
• Industrial plant maintenance experience.
  
• Root cause analysis techniques.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Typical requirement: 5–10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, plant operations, or industrial engineering environments, including supervisory responsibilities.

Education

• Minimum: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Additional: Safety or Maintenance Management Certifications
