Media Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure media equipment are operational and facility is functioning at optimal level.
• Support in the development of content when required to do so.
• Maintenance of equipment and provide relevant first team support.
• Provide creative and consultation on curriculum and non-curriculum projects.
• Resources and manpower planning based on scope of projects.
• Support in the coordination with relevant stakeholders on schedule and timelines.
• Ensure proper quality control.
• Maintain proper records reflecting operational activities, cost inventory of resources and operations.
• Ensure that completed projects are clear from operational storage and archived into the appropriate storage resource.
• Evaluate and plan future needs of or storage and archival resources.

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of video/ sound equipment, video editing and other equipment / software used in video production for online learning materials.
• Experience in IT system administration and engineering.
• Experience in video producing and editing.
• Must work on one weekend and/or Public Holiday.
