You are part of the Quality Management team specialised in managing the Laboratory Quality System. This includes working with the laboratory management and all lab sections on quality matters. You will assist the Quality Manager to manage document control, accreditation compliances, and submission of quality reports for accreditation and for hospital management. You will be involved in various audits as well as documentation of audit reports and follow-ups. Other duties include preparation for quality management reviews, external quality assurance reviews, customer service surveys, follow-up of risk management and root cause analysis. You are expected to work amicably with other departments in hospital improvement projects.
Position offered is commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science discipline
- Candidate with relevant experiences in managing quality management system is preferred
- Experience in organising / participation in College of American Pathologists (CAP) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) accreditation is advantageous
- Enthusiastic team player with attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
