Operations (Projects)
o Be part of the Ops team to support the Head of Department in the development of new projects
o Support efforts in the planning, development and implementation of initiatives of the department including Ops data analysis and monitor workload, monitor the performance of Ops KPI
o Work with stakeholders to establish the requirements from the planned initiative and identify interdependencies, clear roadblocks and balance competing requests, where required
o Strive to complete projects KPIs within stipulated timeline
o Perform secretarial function to the committee including minutes taking

Operations (Inpatient)
o Support the planning and procurement of medical and non-medical equipment requirements needed for inpatient use
o Monitor the length of stay and bill monitoring for inpatient
o Perform monthly clinical manpower planning

Customer Service
o Response for achieving customer satisfaction targets in partnership with the Reporting Office
o Responsible for communication between staff and leadership of the hospital. Staff should ensure timeline dissemination of information, escalation of issues, recommendation and implementation of solutions to problems

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
• Disseminate and implement hospital’s policies and procedures
• Ensure policy and procedures are current
• To take on additional responsibilities as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Key Requirements
• Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
• At least two years’ working experience in clerical or administrative duties, preferably in healthcare industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active, self-motivated, with a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and work in a team
