Medical Sales Rep

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative to support the growth of our dental division. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the dental industry, preferably in dental equipment, dental materials, or related dental products.

Candidates with clinical experience as a dental assistant or dental nurse are also welcome, especially if they possess strong product knowledge and are interested in transitioning into a sales-focused role. Prior experience or familiarity with endodontic products, materials, and equipment will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell dental products, materials, and equipment to dentists, dental clinics, and other relevant healthcare professional
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up discussions with customers
• Provide product recommendations and practical advice based on customers' clinical needs and practice requirements
• Work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and sales closures in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, delivery arrangements, and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and industry developments
• Support exhibitions, workshops, roadshows, product launches, and other marketing activities when required

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales within a dental equipment, dental materials, or related dental industry will be preferred
• Candidates with experience as a dental assistant or dental nurse are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage customer follow-ups effectively
• Comfortable engaging dentists, dental surgeons, clinic managers, and dental clinic teams on a regular basis
• Basic understanding of dental clinic workflows and clinical procedures will be an advantage

Preferred Background

• Candidates with experience in endodontic materials, consumables, or equipment will be highly preferred
• Familiarity with endodontic files, endo motors, obturation systems, apex locators, and related dental consumables or equipment will be a strong advantage
• Existing relationships with dentists, dental clinics, or dental industry customers will be beneficial
