MEP Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-out)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review & understand all tender & contract documents for new fit- out works
• Quantity take off and pricing base on standard market rates
• Prepare checklists, cost analysis & recommendations for tender submission
• Post contract variation evaluation & management
• Attend tender site show round & and provide briefing notes
• Review & prepare M&E costs for miscellaneous works
• Roll out, evaluate M&E subcontractors quotation and prepare report
• Review subcontractor claim and prepare payment recommendation
• Material sourcing and its procurement activities
• Manage, liaise and finalise with subcontractor for variation order and closure
• Attend to Ad-hoc assignment when required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least relevant qualification such as Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or its equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Client/Consultant Management
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering – Mechanical & Electrical.
