Merchant Trainer (12 months contract)

Position Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to provide training and support to merchants on NETS payment solutions, ensure proper deployment of POS collateral, and drive merchant activation and adoption of NETS payment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and training for newly acquired merchants on the usage of NETS payment solutions.


• Ensure merchant setup and Point-of-Sale (POS) collateral deployment are completed accurately and in a timely manner.


• Provide ongoing support to merchants to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of NETS payment products and services.


• Partner with internal stakeholders to execute merchant engagement initiatives aimed at improving activation, utilization, and retention.


• Address merchant inquiries and resolve operational issues related to payment acceptance and usage.


• Monitor merchant onboarding and engagement activities to ensure a positive merchant experience.

Requirements

• Diploma, GCE 'A' Level or GCE 'O' Level with relevant working experience.


• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant customer service, merchant support, training, or account servicing experience.


• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Resourceful, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.


• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Strong coordination skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.


• Positive attitude, customer-focused, and a strong team player.
