Job Summary 

We’re scaling our manufacturing operations and looking for a Planning Manager to lead production and material planning, ensuring smooth operations, on-time delivery, and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and develop the planning team (production & material planners) 

• Own MPS, MRP, and capacity planning to support business demand 

• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics 

• Drive on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and material readiness 

• Lead NPI planning to ensure smooth product ramp-up 

• Identify risks in supply, capacity, and inventory—and drive solutions 

• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management 

• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives 

Requirements 

• 5–8+ years of experience in planning / supply chain / manufacturing 

• Proven leadership experience managing planning teams 

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and planning processes 

• Experience in NPI and cross-functional coordination 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
