Middle Office Manager (Fund Finance/ Banking)

Ideal candidate is someone with strong loans operations experience with corporate banking background covering fund finance/structured finance field.

Responsibilities

• Investor Analysis and Market Research: Perform investor analysis to support the credit approval process for fund finance transactions. Conduct market research to support the growth of the APAC fund finance business.
• Credit Monitoring: Conduct ongoing credit monitoring and produce annual rating review reports.
• Loan Operations: Coordinate closing and interim loan operations with the internal back-office and treasury team.
• Compliance Checks: Conduct KYC/AML investigations and reporting for new and existing client accounts.
• Internal Reporting: Prepare performance and accounting reports for the SG Branch and TKO Head Office.
• Internal Controls and Projects: Execute internal control activities, including operating manual audits, BCP, BIA, outsourcing, and participate in fund finance initiative projects to aid their implementation. 

Requirements

• At least 5 years of loans operations experience within a corporate bank, specifically covering fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of all corporate banking products
• Great proficiency in conducting credit analysis and writing up relevant reports
• Proficient in Ms Excel and Word
