What We’re Looking For

This role is strictly for top-tier engineers only:

1. Proven experience in real-time / mission-critical systems (e.g. trading, gaming engines, distributed systems, high-scale platforms)
2. Background from top-tier firms (FAANG, leading trading firms, elite tech, gaming, or similar )
3. Strong JavaScript (React ) + Python (non-negotiable)
4. Deep understanding of performance, low-latency systems, and reliability
5. Experience working directly with demanding, high-performance stakeholders
6. Exceptional communication skills &English fluency
7. Willingness to travel globally (US & APAC) to work closely with users

Highly desirable:

1. C++, Go, or Rust
2. Experience with data-intensive systems (e.g. ClickHouse)
