Mid-Weight MSO & Producer

As part of our commitment to high-quality communications and media output, we are expanding our production capabilities in Asia through a dedicated in-house studio in Singapore. 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a mid-weight MSO + Producer to take ownership of the technical operations and creative output of our Singapore video studio. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and production management skills to ensure seamless live and recorded content delivery. 

Reporting into our London office, you will work closely with teams across regions to deliver broadcast-quality productions that support internal communications, training, and external branding initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

Studio & Technical Operations (MSO): 

• Manage and operate the Singapore video studio, ensuring all equipment is functional and production-ready. 

• Set up, test, and operate vMix, OBS, and other broadcast/streaming platforms. 

• Operate Blackmagic switchers for live and multi-camera production. 

• Configure and control PTZ cameras for both automated and manual setups. 

• Handle audio mixing, lighting design, and camera operation as needed. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live and recorded sessions. 

• Maintain studio workflows, equipment logs, and scheduling to optimise utilisation. 

Production & Editing (Producer): 

• Produce, direct, and technically run live and recorded video productions. 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan shoots, define creative briefs, and execute production requirements. 

• Manage multi-camera live streams, recordings, and hybrid event broadcasts. 

• Edit recorded content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools, delivering polished final outputs. 

• Provide creative and technical input on production design, storytelling, and content delivery. 

• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when additional support is required. 

• 3–5 years of professional experience in studio operations, video production, or broadcast media. 

• Proven ability to operate vMix, OBS, and Blackmagic switchers. 

• Hands-on experience with PTZ cameras, multi-camera workflows, and live event streaming. 

• Strong editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar. 

• Solid understanding of audio engineering, lighting design, and streaming protocols. 

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously. 

• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-regionally (Singapore–London). 

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities, particularly during live events.
