As a Motor Claims Officer, you’ll be coordinating with insurers, guiding customers, and supporting workshops to deliver smooth, timely resolutions. Claims Coordination
Liaise with insurers on claim submissions, documentation, and liability verification.
Track claim status, follow up proactively, and secure timely approvals.
Estimation & Negotiation
Prepare and submit repair cost estimates with supporting documents/photos.
Negotiate coverage scope and repair costs with insurers/surveyors when required.
Finalise repair costs in collaboration with surveyors and workshop.
Repair & Workshop Support
Coordinate repair workflow with workshop colleagues; ensure repair quality and documentation completeness.
Manage invoicing and paperwork for repairs and claims settlement.
Customer & Case Management
Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders on claim processes, timelines, and required documents.
Arrange surveyor inspections and coordinate replacement vehicle release when needed.
Assist in managing accident-related phone calls and reporting of accidents.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records, filing, and reports for claims, estimates, invoices, and supporting documents.
Handle ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
At least 1 year experience in claims administration, motor insurance, accident reporting, or similar automotive/insurance operations role.
Strong understanding of motor claim workflows, documentation requirements, and insurer coordination.
Detail-oriented with good follow-up discipline and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
