Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers. 

At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a MQ Engineer in charge of supporting production environments, including application deployment, monitoring and 2nd-level support.

👨‍🔧 Your responsibilities

• Ensure the role of expertise in the technical support of applications: IBM MQ appliance, Rabbit MQ, Kafka


• Take charge of technical projects and guide project team to the best setup respecting Azqore rules.


• Manage the environments of these applications,


• Perform production deployments and participate in the release management process


• Coordinate with various teams on actions for managing environments and implementing tools


• Participate in testing procedures


• Diagnose and resolve incidents


• Track issues, open cases to vendor and act on resolution proposed


• Ensure compliance with norms and standards


• Provide training and support to the operations team


• Propose areas for improvement

🧙‍♂️ Your core competencies

• Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent


• 8-10 years proven technical expertise in IBM MQ appliance, Rabbit MQ, Kafka
