MSB & MSH PMO Senior Specialist

Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of complex, cross-functional projects and programs aligned with business strategy and transformation objectives. Apply advanced project management methodologies and industry best practices to deliver large-scale programs on schedule, within scope, and budget. Own end-to-end program governance, including milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level escalation. Drive strategic transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes and competitive advantage. Leverage hands-on experience in assembly & test (A&T) operations to inform project planning, resource optimization, and operational improvements. Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to align PMO initiatives with A&T operational priorities and constraints. Translate operational insights into actionable project strategies that enhance productivity, yield, and efficiency. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field and MBA is a must. Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in project/program management, with a strong focus on assembly & test (A&T) operations within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is a must Proven track record in leading strategy and transformation initiatives that delivered measurable business results. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant budget and organizational impact. Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, PMP certification is a must Hands-on experience utilizing AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning, RPA, or intelligent automation in business or operational contexts is a must Proficiency in digital tools such as Python, Power BI, advanced analytics platforms, or similar technologies is a must Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive audiences. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification. Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and operational excellence frameworks. Track record of successfully implementing AI/digital solutions in an operational environment. Process Stewardship & Continuous Improvement Establish and optimize business processes, frameworks, and standards to elevate PMO maturity. Performance, Metrics & Reporting Design and manage executive-level dashboards and performance reporting using advanced digital tools. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Collaborate with internal and external partners at senior levels to optimize strategies, resources, and partnerships.
