You will need to have understanding of Frontend Process, packaging requirements, chip package interaction, equipment understanding and process technology in the industry. The ability to enable best technology for New Technode with packaging requirements. You will also be required to drive \u0026 collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve process related problems.\n\nEnsure smooth transition from new process development, 1st qualification success to small volume production launch \n\n * Development and Qualification of new packaging process, material, equipment and technology solutions to meet new Technode requirements and schedule\n * Perform CPI NUDD, process TRA, risk mitigation execution and process recipe readiness prior Silicon arrives and ensure 1st pass rate.\n * Qualify new process/technology/equipment/materials\n\n\n\nTechnical capability \n\n * Identify path finding opportunities for Micron\u0027s technology leadership with BIC time to market, continuous yield improvement, cost efficiency \u0026 touchpoint optimizations\n * To understand and be able to integrate process knowledge between upstream and downstream across Si and assembly/packaging process\n * Understand the future trend, technology and capabilities required for future packaging solutions, work with teams to put in place new capabilities to enhance process performance.\n * Provide new solutions on time to meet company and customer needs\n * Define, develop and establish process capabilities, strategy and roadmap\n * To develop \u0026 engage creative solutions for new capabilities or to overcome the identified process constraints, ahead product requirements.\n\n\n\nJob Requirements\n\n * PhD/Masters/Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electrical \u0026 Electronic, Material, Mechanical Engineering, Physics \u0026 Applied Physics or Equivalent Work Experience Required\n * 10 years\u0027 and/or above experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in R\u0026D or technology development or failure analysis field, with strong expertise in failure analysis methodologies and techniques.\n * Experience in DRAM/ NAND technology\n * Experience in Frontend fab Process integration or Module process\n * Experience in Backend advance packaging wafer/ die level process or integration\n * Experience in temporary/ permanent bonding technology (Wafer on wafer, Chip on wafer)\n * Understanding of silicon integration and how it interacts at backend process \u0026 package level through CPI\n * Proficiency with simulation tools and data analytics platforms for performance analysis and optimization\n * Technical journals or patents being published internally/ externally\n * Strong project management skills to ensure execution to timelines\n * Strong communication and presentation skills\n * Understanding of business needs and customers\u2019 requirement\n * Ability to integrate \u0026 cooperate with people from cross function teams\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nProduct Development MTS\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
