Mutual Fund Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for mutual fund selection, daily management, and product recommendations to support Private Wealth Management (PWM) business in Singapore.
• Conduct due diligence and performance reviews for both traditional and alternative mutual funds.
• Provide Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Consultants (ICs) with: Fund recommendations, Market insights, Portfolio monitoring, Model fund portfolios
• Champion fund-related initiatives and provide investment advisory support to local and regional sales teams.
• Work closely with internal business units and external asset managers to deliver fund trainings, product updates, and advisory communications.
• Participate actively in regional fund-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in mutual fund product management, fund selection, or fund due diligence.
• Familiarity with Hedge Funds and Private Markets is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including experience conducting product training for RMs and ICs, as well as marketing seminars for wealth management clients.
• Able to handle pressure, tight deadlines, and evolving requirements with professionalism.
• Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with strong skills in communication, teamwork, and conflict management.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin. The role requires written communication in Traditional Chinese for engagement with Mandarin-speaking colleagues in Taiwan and Wealth Management clients in the Greater China region.
