Monitor and maintain networkinfrastructure to ensure consistent uptime and
performance.
* Provide Level 1 & 2 support fornetwork issues spanning LAN, WAN, and WLAN.
* Install, configure, and troubleshootrouters, switches, access points, and wireless
controllers.
* Diagnose and resolve wirelessconnectivity issues on customer-owned equipment.
* Act as the single point of contactfor dorm/residential customers — following up until
each issue is fully resolved.
* Interface directly with customers tounderstand issues, explain solutions clearly, and
ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-datedocumentation of network assets, configurations, and site
setups.
* Respond on-site to service calls andnetwork emergencies as needed.
