Job Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and enhancement of health and wellness propositions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions across prevention, wellness, care, and disease management.
· Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and proposition gaps to strengthen product differentiation, customer value, and competitive positioning.
· Analyze customer, market, and business data to generate actionable insights and drive proposition enhancements, innovation, and growth initiatives.
· Monitor industry trends, emerging healthcare solutions, and evolving customer behaviors to ensure product relevance and market competitiveness.
· Develop and execute integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies to drive customer awareness, engagement, product adoption, and commercial performance.
· Identify market trends and growth opportunities, translating insights into targeted campaigns and initiatives to increase product penetration and customer acquisition.
· Design, develop, and optimize sales enablement tools and customer engagement materials, including presentations, brochures, digital content, videos, calculators, and partnership assets.
· Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, product adoption, conversion rates, lead generation, and customer engagement metrics.
· Leverage data analytics and performance insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing strategies, and enhance customer propositions.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, digital, customer experience, product, analytics, communications, and distribution to deliver integrated business outcomes.
· Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners to ensure successful execution of campaigns, initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
· Oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of marketing activities, events, and health-related initiatives, ensuring effective project management, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence.
· Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
