Overview
Our client is a well-backed payments business with a licensed presence in Singapore and ambitious regional growth plans. They're hiring a Chief Compliance Officer to lead compliance across the business.

The Role
You'll lead the compliance function, own the relationship with MAS and make sure the company's regulatory framework keeps pace with its growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the compliance strategy and framework across the business


• Ensure compliance with the Payment Services Act and MPI licence obligations


• Oversee AML/CFT, sanctions and fraud controls in line with MAS requirements


• Lead regulatory engagement with MAS, including inspections and new licence applications


• Support regional expansion through regulatory assessments in new markets


• Report to the Board and lead a growing compliance team

What You'll Bring

• Senior compliance experience in payments, e-money or fintech


• Deep knowledge of the PSA and the Singapore regulatory environment


• Experience holding or supporting a senior regulated role with MAS


• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills


• Regional APAC regulatory exposure is a plus

Package
Up to SGD 330,000 base plus bonus and benefits.
