Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored demonstrations and workshops to technical and business audiences.
• Support product adoption and training initiatives.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Work closely with engineering and product management teams.

Qualifications

• Experience working with fintech platforms such as trading systems, payment gateways, or financial data tools.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and SaaS architectures.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
