Our esteemed client from healthcare industry is looking for Nurse Clinician.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate care plan to patients according to their condition.
• Provide counselling and guidance to the patients as well as the caretakers.
• Commence the discharge planning and follow up for patient, as necessary.
• Carry out audit to ensure the standard of nursing care protocols is maintained.
• Lead a team by supervising the workplace conditions, taking in charge of the staffing assignment and scheduling duties.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to new joiners on clinical procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Degree in Nursing and SNB registered.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in nursing.
• Leadership and good administrative skills
