Nurse for Dialysis Clinic (13th Month & Performance Bonus, No Overnight Shift) - Dynamic Team

Job Description:

• Participates in the planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care within the haemodialysis clinical setting.
• Establish an effective relationship with patients and maintain good communication with patients and relatives; and give adequate support.
• Promotes a safe, secure and healthy working environment to staff and a comfortable, safe environment for visitors and patients as detailed in the IPC and environment policies
• Ensure all equipment is clean, safe and in good working condition; and report defects through appropriate channels.
• Maintains accurate patient information in medical records, including Therapy Data Management System (TDMS)/EuClid Clinical Information system and abides by confidentiality and Privacy Policy
• Protects the rights of patients by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care
• Actively participates in the quality improvement process by reporting all incidents, hazards and opportunities for improvement.

What it Takes:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing.

• Registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

• Min 1 year as Registered Nurse in Singapore – For foreign applicant

• Fresh Diploma graduate is welcome

• Advanced training in hemodialysis is a plus

• Certified and valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
