As a Nurse Manager (Labour & Delivery), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provides clinical supervision and maintains quality outcomes.
- Maintaining patient care standards, identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services.
- Implements policies and procedures to insure efficient and effective delivery of health services.
- Analyses personnel structure, determines staffing needs and mix.
- Provides direction and supervision, evaluates performance, conducts selection and termination process, develop strategic plans.
- Actively promotes staff and self-development.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Trained in labour & delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
