Nurse Manager (Nursing Home - West) - Urgent

• Office Hours, Mondays to Fridays

As a Nurse Manager (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist Director of Nursing in daily functions.
• Ensure smooth daily operation flow.
• Attend and assist in dispute cases.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement project.
• Assist in expansion of the ward
• Review and ensure compliance to regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Involved in recruitment activities, eg: interview, shortlisting, performance review etc.
• Person-in-charge for reporting to senior management.
• Ensure realistic and accurate nursing KPI.
• Any other duties within the team.

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Nursing.
• Possess Advanced Diploma in Gerontology, will be an advantage.
• Have 5-8 years of working experience in ward setting.
• Possess 3-5 years of supervisory / managerial experience, will be an advantage.
• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
