As a Nurse Manager (Oncology), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversees and be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic.
• Lead and manage the clinical staffs in delivering excellent clinical and service qualities.
• Implement strategies and workplans to optimize the clinical care.
• Evaluate and plan the objectives accordingly the operational and financial aspects/targets.
• Evaluate and improve the work processes and practices
• Perform the manpower planning, recruitment and retention of staffs.
• Train and guide the junior nurses and new hires.
• Provide holistic care to the patients.
• Educate and counsel the patients and caregivers.
• Assist the doctors in procedures.
• Work closely with the medical team and operations team.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Possess Advanced Diploma in Oncology Nursing, will be an advantage.
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in nursing sector.
• Trained in oncology or haematology.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
