Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Assess clients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Establish appropriate therapy goals
• Provide occupational therapy interventions
• Train caregivers on effective support techniques
• Facilitate discharge planning for seamless transitions

Clinical Administration:

• Oversee risk management and quality assurance
• Conduct audits and review clinical guidelines

Training & Research:

• Lead training sessions for department staff
• Develop and maintain individual training plans
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives
• Plan and coordinate professional development programs

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy (recognized by the Allied Health Professions Council)
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
