Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / Professional Certificate
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Resourceful with strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to commence work immediately

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
  • Manage office and pantry supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Responsible for space management (including lockers).
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and office consistency.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers (with occasional weekend support)
  • Support front desk and other ad-hoc duties
  • Able to work weekends to supervise works after office hours=
