Office Helper - Tea Attendant

Job Summary

You will support daily pantry operations by serving food and beverages to clients and staff, managing pantry supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting management with various tasks and projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to clients and staff promptly and courteously to ensure a positive experience
• Order and restock pantry supplies efficiently to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Clean pantry areas and equipment regularly to uphold hygiene and safety standards
• Assist management with ad hoc tasks and projects to support smooth pantry operations
• Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Primary education
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact well with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member with a positive and proactive attitude
