Executive Assistant

  • Your new company
    You will be working for a leading international school as an Office Manager and play a vital role in supporting the success of their organisation. We're seeking a highly organised and experienced professional to oversee the administrative operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhance the systems and processes of the firm.
Your new role
  • It serves as the primary point of contact for enquiries from prospective families.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to optimise administrative systems and processes
  • Manage and update student and staff information in digital and hard copy formats
  • Oversee daily operations, including admissions, invoicing, and customer enquiries
  • Provide comprehensive support to prospective families throughout the admissions process
  • Generate reports for management, including staff attendance, admissions figures, and other key metrics
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front desk and admin area
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing and record-keeping systems
  • Enhance student administrative and learning support services
  • Facilitate communication amongst staff, parents, and vendors regarding daily operations and events
  • Organise community events to promote the school and foster engagement
  • Coordinate new student and staff orientations to ensure a smooth transition
  • Identify opportunities for business development and marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
