Office Solution Engineer

• MNC
• 12 months renewable contract
• Salary: up to $2300 with completion bonus
• 5 days work week, 845am to 545pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead business consulting engagements and provide technical sales support to customers
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery team to prepare documents (e.g., client proposals, tender responses)
• Set up new multi-functions devices (MFDs) and install software at customers premises
• Set up Electronic Partnership Broadband (EPBB) and provides technical support
• Troubleshoot printing and scanning issues (onsite and remote support)
• Provide user training to customers

What are we looking for?

• 1 years working experience in computer networking or infrastructure
• Good knowledge in networking and operating systems (e.g., Windows, Unix, Linux and Mac OS)
• Sound knowledge in Security, Networking and Operating Systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
